I have battled anxiety and depression most of my life. It wasn’t until I started on medicine in July of 2017 that I finally began to feel better. If you aren’t happy, fight for it. It could be with medicine, exercise, yoga, meditation, therapy, writing, etc. (I have done all of the above). It’s a battle that you can win.
