I have battled anxiety most of my life. It wasn’t until I started on Prozac in July of 2017 that I finally began to feel better. If you aren’t happy, you have to fight for it. That could be with medicine, exercise, yoga, meditation, therapy, writing, etc. (I have done all of the above). It’s a battle that you can win.
